Root to Rise 🌱: A Full Moon Yoga & Sound Healing Morning Experience

Join us beneath the energy of the Full Moon for a morning of grounding, reflection, and renewal at Tree Tops Park. Just as a tree grows stronger through its roots, we too are invited to find stability within ourselves before we can continue to grow.

🧘‍♀️Through a 45-minute grounding, all-levels yoga flow taught by Gabi @gabi.marie_, we’ll reconnect with our bodies, cultivate presence, and create a strong foundation from which we can rise.

🥣Following our practice, you’ll be guided through a 45-minute restorative sound healing journey by Alexis @lexthesoundalchemist, offering a space to slow down, integrate, and simply receive.

Using the energy of the Full Moon, this gathering is an opportunity to reflect on your journey, honor your growth, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that keep you grounded through every season.
