Join us on Saturday, July 25th from 10:00 AM–1:00 PM for a grounding morning created to help you reconnect with your body, slow down, and enjoy community.
We’ll begin with guided somatic movement—a body-based practice led by sensation and what feels good for you—followed by a relaxing sound healing experience. Afterward, you’ll have time to snack, mingle, and browse an open market filled with local vendors.
Your $35 ticket includes guided somatic movement, sound healing, light bites, access to the vendor market, and raffle opportunities to win a free sound healing session. Raffle tickets can be earned by shopping with our vendors!
